Founded by wine industry executive Allie Jones, The Terroir Group brings more than 20 years of hands-on winery experience to every client relationship. We understand the challenges wineries face because we’ve managed them ourselves.


Leadership Rooted in Agriculture
Allie Jones earned her degree in Agricultural Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and later completed her MBA. Raised in California’s Central Valley, she developed an early appreciation for agriculture, stewardship, and the entrepreneurial spirit of family-owned businesses.
Throughout her career, Allie has served as Controller and Director of Accounting for small and mid-sized wineries, leading accounting, finance, compliance, payroll, human resources, and operational initiatives. Her comprehensive industry knowledge enables her to help clients navigate complex regulations, improve efficiency, and build sustainable growth.
Today, The Terroir Group partners with wineries nationwide, providing trusted expertise and personalized support that allows clients to focus on what matters most: producing exceptional wines and growing successful businesses.
